By creating an account or using Field Service Pro ("Service"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Status

Field Service Pro is currently in development. Features may change, be incomplete, or stop working at any time. The Service is provided on an evolving basis.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to operate a business to use this Service.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for:

  • keeping your login credentials secure
  • all activity under your account
  • notifying us of unauthorized access

We are not liable for losses caused by compromised credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • upload harmful, fraudulent, or misleading information
  • attempt to disrupt or interfere with the system
  • reverse engineer or exploit the platform

We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your data.

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Field Service Pro shall not be liable for:

  • business interruption
  • lost data
  • indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the previous 3 months.

9. Payments and Future Pricing

The Service may introduce paid features in the future. Pricing and billing terms will be provided before any charges occur.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, misuse, or harmful behavior.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
